Cancellation & Refund

All registrations and bookings made through our website are considered final once payment is completed. We do not offer refunds for cancellations initiated by the participant, including cases of change in personal circumstances, travel issues, or failure to attend the event. 

However, if the event is canceled, postponed, or significantly rescheduled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances such as government restrictions, natural disasters, or operational challenges, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled date or a future edition of the event. 

Requests for refunds in such cases must be submitted in writing to our official email within 7 working days of receiving the cancellation notice. Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days via the original mode of payment. 

We also allow participants to nominate a substitute attendee in their place without any additional charges, provided the request is made at least 5 days before the event date. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this policy, and understand that it forms part of the terms and conditions governing participation in India Interior Expo.
